Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using Frogpost and what you can expect from us.

Effective date: August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Frogpost, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Frogpost for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Frogpost service

Frogpost helps users discover content ideas, review public research signals, organize brands and teams, and generate article outlines. Features, limits, and data sources may change as the service develops. Frogpost is a research and planning tool—not legal, financial, medical, SEO, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and use a strong password.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you invite to a workspace.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. The service is not directed to children under 13.

4. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the brand information, prompts, feedback, drafts, and other content you submit. You give Frogpost a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.

5. AI and research output

Frogpost uses automated systems and third-party sources. Results may be incomplete, outdated, similar to results provided to others, or factually incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing sources, checking facts, obtaining permissions, and deciding whether output is appropriate before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, engagement, originality, or any business result.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Plan prices, usage allowances, and included features are shown before purchase. Taxes may be added where required.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing period until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method on file.
  • You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid period.
  • Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice of material price changes before they apply to a renewal.
  • Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted or suspended access.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Frogpost to break the law, infringe rights, publish deceptive or harmful material, send spam, distribute malware, bypass limits, scrape or probe the service, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or resell access unless we agree in writing. Do not use automated output to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review.

8. Frogpost property

Frogpost and its software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing. They do not transfer ownership of Frogpost or third-party source material.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Frogpost useful and available, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Public sources and third-party providers may change, block access, or become unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frogpost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Frogpost in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Frogpost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay, or if required by law. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Frogpost, our providers, or the law. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
